Everyone at this place acted only for the customer and not their bottom line! One of the things we like most was that every person we dealt with talked about honesty and changing the way of selling cars!
The rebates they advertise are false. They requirement which are not advertised are impossible to achieve. I still bought a new vehicle there. Took 9 days to pay off the loan I traded in on after I made phone call after phone call. Asked to speak with the General Manager and he would not take my call. I just kept getting the run around. I don’t know if there are any honest dealers out there but I do know this is not one of them.
We could not be happier with the experience we had with McGee. We found the vehicle we wanted there online and live out of state and a good distance away. Ariel and Ron took great care of us working with us to answer all of our questions and coordinate a time to come in and test drive the vehicle. Jim the GM was wonderful as well, helping us with trade in value and a warranty. They also went above and beyond to meet us with the vehicle the same day after we obtained our temp plates from NH. Driving to meet us at 5:00 on a Friday of a holiday weekend... Just another example of their excellent customer service. Our entire experience with the team at McGee was wonderful, the vehicle is excellent and we could not be happier or more thankful! Ron, Ariel and Jim, thank you for being great!

What a great experience to finally deal with a dealership that has the customer in mind and not their purse. I worked with a new sales person, Eric Dashaw, who has only been there for a little over a month. Eric represents to me what every sales person should have and that is a personality. The overall rating for my purchase of a 2017 Arcadia Denali through Eric and the team of McGee is 110% satisfied. I don't care what the business on the outside shows what makes the business is the people. I never felt more comfortable in a purchase of this size at any dealership. I walked out of three before I went to McGee. The "Company Line" at this place is non existent. The standard out of the book comments are non existent. You actually feel like you belong there because of people like Eric. He is representing McGee in the most professional way and unlike some car sales people there is no pressure from him or any of the other McGee personalities. I would strongly recommend seeing Eric for a purchase of a new or used vehicle at this location. Before you do go there challenge yourself by going to other dealerships and then go to McGee to see Eric and I guarantee you that you will feel more comfortable and more confident as well as your final outcome will be a positive one.
Went to McGee Buick GMC today with my daughter to find myself a new vehicle. After having some bad dealings with other dealerships we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of care we received at McGee! The team was incredible! Patrick the salesman and Dave in finance were extremely helpful and attentive and Jim the GM were all simply amazing. He was able to get me into a much newer vehicle and was even able to lower my monthly payment.
