I was very happy with my experience with Charlton furniture. The sales people were very welcoming, and awesome to deal with. I didn't feel pressured with my purchase, and they were able to help me pick out the exact set my wife and I were looking for. I strongly recommend them.
Delivered a custom sectional to my friend. Only to find the smell that came with said couch was a dead rodent. They offered to have it “cleaned”. Appalling. Perhaps inspecting your warehouse/distribution center and emplore a level of quality control measures prior to furniture delivery for the future. If it were handled and acknowledged upon the initial call to customer service and rectified, the review would be glowing rather than negative. No one likes the “run around” especially when dealing with a big ticket item purchased as an investment to ones home. Not to mention children and a pregnant woman had exposure to the rancid situation. Very unfortunate.
