I got George Wolstencroft's number out of the phone book. He works slowly. He installed a hot water heater that I purchased myself. At the bottom of the heater , there is supposed to be a pump, that empties the excess (mist?) or vapor the heater produces heating the water up. It twas supposed to be attached to a pump that pumps said water into the sewer pipe. He initially installed it , using a hose, that emptied into a bucket. I told him I was handicapped, and couldn't be going up and down the cellar steps to empty the bucket. He said he'd do it his way. When the plumbing inspector examined the work, he said it should be hooked up to the pump, and into the sewer pipe. I repeatedly called George for over 2 weeks, and he never got back to me. I called his house, and his wife was very rude, like i was infringing on her time. (We were self-employed for over 25 years ourselves) and I would never talk to a paying customer that way. Finally George did come back, and finished it properly. He charged me over $800 to install one water heater,, that I myself bought. . I would not recommend him to any body.
