Earlier this fall I needed new outside stairs and a total rehab of a six room apartment. A friend recommended David Barbale. I had never met Dave but trusted my friend's reference. Within 4 days I had my new stairs. After the stairs, Dave replaced 13 windows, put in six rooms of drop ceilings and had all the walls of each room plastered ready for paint. The work was done well and Dave kept all of his timetables and performed extremely professional work.
Davis is very easy to work with and he is very ethical and trustworthy. I will be calling him for future work in the new year. I highly recommend working with David barbale.
We have done business with several different contractors over the years. They all had good aspects but they also had something I did not like about them, their crew or the job they did. That all changed when we started doing business with Dave Barbale. Dave is the most professional contractor we have ever met and his crew is the same. He has a pleasant personality which makes it easy to bounce around ideas with him. He is extremely accommodating, considerate and polite. Most importantly, he is an EXCELLENT contractor. When he leaves the job site, everything is perfect, even better than I expected. Also, he is extremely honest. He doesn't do a job or replace things unless it's necessary. I can't say enough about him. Obviously, I highly recommend Dave. 5 Stars!!!!!
David did a fantastic job replacing our roof! He was up-front with us when he gave us an estimate as to when he could do the work. My husband asked him if there was any way he could get it done sooner, as we were planning to have a celebration for our son's high school graduation. Well, it turned out that David ended up having an extra day between projects, so he brought a very large crew and got it all done in one day! When I left for work that morning, they were just arriving. When I got home in the afternoon, they were using a rolling magnet to pick up any stray nails and cleaning up after themselves. The roof looks great, and the yard was spotless after they left. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for our next house project.
Dave did our roofing project in the summer of 2015. He came and gave a quote and was ready to go shortly after that time period. His crew was professional and friendly! I like that it is a family business. We were very pleased with the finish product! We would highly recommend him!
Dave has now done two siding jobs for me and has done a great job both times.
