Mark and Jen are wonderful, helpful .
They give false information on the phone and then tell you too bad later. They told us if we had our stuff out by the 3rd we'd only have $8 taken off the $72 we gave them for the last month. We physically weren't able to get it all out on the 3rd so we finished taking everything out on the 4th. When I went to pick up check for last month they charged me half the month and said too bad someone gave you wrong information but too bad so sad...
Horrible staff just there to take your money very rude when you have a question and fast to lock your until because your a day past the 15th after being a paying customer for over 7 years with a 10~15 unit
